Uses:

ZAP Foam Safe Kicker works exceptionally well on most foams. ZAP Foam Safe Kicker has been specially formulated to work with most common foams and is particularly compatible with Pacer ZAP-O Foam Safe CA. Both of these products are low odour and recommended for use with foam and with other materials if you find that you are sensitive to regular Superglues and CA's.  ZAP Foam Safe Kicker is less aggressive and much lower odour than our industry leading Zip Kicker. Cure times of 10 seconds are typical for medium CAs when accelerated with ZAP Foam Safe Kicker. ZAP Foam Safe Kicker will not harm most materials making it perfect for wood and various plastics, metals, paints, and fabrics. Always test a small sample area first.  

Work Safe... Play Safe:

Read the instructions and the health and safety information that is supplied with the product. Note the importance of working in a well ventilated area away from flames or sparks and to avoid inhaling or ingesting ZAP Foam Safe Kicker. Protect your eyes.  

Helpful Hints:

To Glue Foam to Foam or Balsa to Foam:

Lightly spray ZAP Foam Safe Kicker on one part. Let dry for 10 seconds. Now apply ZAP-O to the other part. Mate the parts and hold for 10-15 seconds. (Note that when only one part is foam we recommend that the ZAP Foam Safe Kicker be applied to the foam part first).

To Glue Spruce, Plywood or other woods to Foam OR to each other:

Lightly sand the wood parts to remove residue and rough surfaces. Then apply ZAP Foam Safe Kicker to the foam part or to one of the wood parts and let dry for 10 seconds. Now apply ZAP-O to the other part. Mate the parts and hold for 10-15 seconds. 

To make Fillets:

Apply an even bead of ZAP-O along the seam or joint and immediately spritz the ZAP-O bead with one spray of ZAP Foam Safe Kicker from a distance of about 12 inches.

Do not contaminate your CA glues:

Do not spray Zap Foam Safe Kicker near your bottles of CA. A small amount of Kicker on the opening of your CA bottle can and will begin to set the CA and may lead to hardening of the entire bottle of CA.

Test Test Test:

Although ZAP Foam Safe Kicker will work on most materials and paints, always test on samples for compatibility. For critical applications test sample joints for the designed strength requirements.
