We use UPS to deliver most shipments to the U.S.A. and these shipments can be Tracked On-Line as they proceed to you from our warehouse.

(Please Note that we use the US Postal Service - USPS  for some small parts packets. On-Line Tracking is not available for shipments sent by United States Postal Service... if you like to track your package as it proceeds please ensure that you select UPS as the shipper when you order)

PHONE ORDERS: Here is what happens when you place an order by Phone.

1) Your order will be taken and you will be advised of the estimated shipping date. If you wish to track UPS shipments please ask for your order number and provide your email address. No Tracking information is available for USPS shipments.

2) Your order will then be processed.

3) UPS shipments can be tracked starting the next day after the estimated shipment day. Simply click on the UPS Shield and enter your Order Number.

4) All of the arrangements and paper work for shipping to U.S. destinations is taken care of by us and carrier. You will not be required to do anything except sign the delivery log when you receive the goods.

ON LINE ORDERS: Here is what happens when you place an order On-Line.

1) You will receive an automatic "receipt of order" acknowledgement from our software as soon as you complete the order. This will come to you by email and list your Order Number as well as the items ordered, price, shipping estimate etc. The Order Number is the key to tracking your order. There are a number of informational web links attached to the bottom of your Receipt of Order email that you may find helpful.

2) Your order will then be processed.

3) UPS shipments can be tracked starting the next day after the estimated shipment day. Simply click on the UPS Shield and enter your Order Number (usually four digits) assigned and printed on your "receipt of order".

4) All of the arrangements and paper work for shipping to U.S. destinations is taken care of by us and carrier. You will not be required to do anything except sign the delivery log when you receive the goods.

UPS TRANSIT TIMES.

Transit times for UPS Ground Shipments range from 2 to 7 BUSINESS DAYS as per the map below. Please note that the times indicated are BUSINESS DAYS excluding weekends and holidays. During major holiday seasons such as Thanksgiving and Christmas and the weeks that proceed such major holiday seasons, additional time should be allowed for... please plan to order early to avoid disappointment.
