FILE FORMATS & DOWNLOAD TIMES
To see PDF files you must load the ACROBAT READER. This is available at no charge (FREE) from www.adobe.com. Use Microsoft Internet Explorer and Adobe Acrobat Reader to see PDF Files.
Some of the PDF artwork files are large. You will see some elements arrive quickly. Others will come in one at a time. Be patient. Do not assume the artwork is complete until you have allowed plenty of time for the download to complete.
1. Instruction Booklet for VMAX 46PRO (40,46&52)
This is to be printed on two sheets of 11x17 double sided.
2. Colors
The Box Art and the Top Flap Headers listed below use colors as follows. These colors are to be maintained consistently throughout the printing. The color and logos are a very important part of the presentation.
- VMAX Yellow 20020915 Shown Below. In CMYK printing C=0, M=40, Y=100, K=0 !!! It is very important that this color be used. See VMAX Yellow sample below.
- CHINA Yellow 20020915 Shown Below. DO NOT NOT NOT USE THIS COLOR.
- Red. In CMYK printing C=0, M=99, Y=100, K=0
- Black
Printing is to be overcoated with gloss varnish (UV protection type) on Box and on Top Flap Headers.
3. Box Art for VMAX Engines
The Box Art is is to be printed on same size and style of box as used for GMS. The box has a hinged "lid", and four sides.
- The side that hinges to the lid is called the BACK.
- The side that is opposite to the back is called the FRONT
- The other two sides are called the LEFT and RIGHT side and are with respect to looking at the FRONT
- Mockup of the How the BACK, FRONT and LID fit on the Box are shown in these annotated Pictures.

- There are three files of Box Art here. One for the Lid, One for the front and one for the other three sides. Each is different and applicable only for its stated purpose.
4. Artwork for parts Headers (Top Flaps) to be applied to plastic bags.
There are two sizes, small and large. The dimensions of each and the width of the bag that they fit on are listed in the margins of the artwork. Each is to be scored and folded along a center line indicated on the artwork.
