WHO SHOULD BUY FINAL SALE ITEMS... WHO SHOULD NOT: We recommend that only modelers with building and repairing experience purchase these items. Assume that work will be required and that some or all hardware will be missing. Manuals and/or other documentation could also be missing. FINAL SALE items can be shipped only to the 48 contiguous United States and only to physical addresses (No PO Boxes) serviced by UPS Ground.

IF YOU ARE ABLE TO BUILD, REPAIR, SUPPLY HARDWARE FOR AND SET UP AN RC MODEL AIRCRAFT WITHOUT ASSISTANCE, YOU CAN SAVE A HEAP OF CASH WITH THE PURCHASE OF FINAL SALE ITEMS.

IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO PERFORM THESE FUNCTIONS WITHOUT ASSISTANCE, YOU SHOULD NOT NOT NOT PURCHASE FINAL SALE ITEMS.

RETURN POLICY: These items are sold on a FINAL SALE basis. Exceptionally low pricing applies to Final Sale items on the condition that they are sold as is, where is, FOB our facility. We cannot accept returns, refunds or credits on these items for any reason.

DEFECTS & OMISSIONS: Where we have described known deficiencies we do not warrant that these deficiencies are the only deficiencies. We describe color as we know it but color may be different than described.

WHY AN ITEM IS OFFERED FOR FINAL SALE: These items come to be offered for sale at these prices in a variety of ways and for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to: Use as a static display model in a Trade Show or Photo Session, Damaged in Shipping, Lost and Found during the shipping process, Prototyping, Rejected for reasons of Quality detected during inspection, Discontinued Product, End of Line, Inventory Reduction Clear Out, Superceded by Newer Version, etc.

We are not able to reply to emails or phone calls regarding FINAL SALE items. ORDERING: Orders must be placed ON LINE only. Our telephone sales staff are not able to process orders for Final Sale Items.

PAYMENT: Sold on a first come, first serve basis. Visa or MasterCard only. No money orders. We cannot hold FINAL SALE items and cannot backorder or guarantee availability. We do NOT charge your credit card unless the item is available.

SHIPPING & TRACKING: FINAL SALE items can be shipped only to the 48 contiguous United States and only to physical addresses (No PO Boxes) serviced by UPS Ground. If other shipping methods are elected your order will be delayed while we re-profile the shipping back to UPS Ground at the UPS Ground Rate. You will receive a tracking number by email from UPS when your order is shipped, usually within 2 Business Days and you may track your order at www.richmondrc.com > Shipping Info using your On Line Order#. If a shipping address is outside the 48 contiguous States or is not serviced by UPS Ground your order will be cancelled.
